Matzoh Balls

Directions

Beat the eggs slightly and add the fat

Mix well.

Add the matzoh meal and the salt

Mix well.

Add the soup stock

Mix well.

Refrigerate for 1/2 hour or more.

Form little matzoh balls (8 to 10) and drop them into the pot of boiling water

Cover and cook turning a couple of times until done about 30 minutes (they will float)
